Do I own the videos?
Yes, anything beyond our basic package will give you full licensing rights to use the videos however you like.
Are there limitations to the content I can create?
Yes, adult content is not allowed on the platform.
How long does it take?
From the moment you hit “submit” on your video, it takes about 12 minutes to return the completed video to you. It will be emailed to you, and is also downloadable from your dashboard.
Is there an annual commitment?
No, there are no annual terms, you go month to month for as long as you like. Unless you purcahse for the year. Then you get access for the a year. As the name implies.
Are there refunds?
Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Do my credits roll over month to month?
No, credits do not roll over from one month to the next. At the start of each month, your credits will be reset based on your membership level.
We do this because we have to scale our tools based on the monthly potential use. If a bunch of people are sitting on unused credits, and all those people go to our platform all at once and it’s month’s worth of usage in a few days, it will swamp our platform.
